Fun course if you're visiting the Catskills. Course has magnificient views and fun holes. Layout a bit tricky & will be more enjoyable second time around. Multiple sets of tees greatly increase yardage for low handicappers, but enjoyable for everyone. Overall conditions are very good, but spots, especially traps, can be rugged, which is typical of mountain courses with elevation/drainage issues. A group of us play it once or twice every year & always have a great time. Staff is friendly. Known for best Bloody Mary's on any golf course.

This is just a wonderful course. It's called Christman's Windham House Mountain Course It's designed on top of a mountain here in the Catskill Mountains. The views are just beautiful. It was cut out of pine woods over 100 years old. Some fairways wide, some narrow. The holes are laid out with great thought and are challenge to any golfer. The course rating: Par 72. Black; 7072 yds,132/75.3, Blue: 6626 yds,130/73, White: 6015 yds, 127/69.5, Red: 4837, 110/68.8. Those are the stats. The signature hole is number 7 with sand on the left and water 3/4's around. It's a par 3. I think it's the best course in the area with the challenge.
